The successful candidate will be required to carry out a range of cleaning tasks in a variety of locations, being reliable and flexible to respond to operational needs as they arise. They will be provided with a company van, fuel card, phone and full training both initially and throughout.

• Assisting the Operations Management Team with cleaning cover across a diverse portfolio, adhering to site specific requirements.
• Monitoring documentation and procedural process compliance during weekly/monthly location visits
• Planned and reactive contract support in response to incidents as required
• Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly
• Following H&S and COSHH regulations
• Proactive interaction with on-site clients and customers, offering superb customer service
• Use of site-specific equipment, machinery and handling chemicals
• Carrying out any other reasonable management requests

To succeed in this role, you will need to have/be:
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Full 5 year checkable employment history

We are looking for an experienced leader who can provide hands-on supervision and ensure an efficient, first-class service is offered to internal and external clients, ensuring the smooth operation of the reception desk and motivating the team to excel.

Duties include:

• Promoting and supporting a first-class, professional reception service.
• Ensuring team adherence to uniform and procedural standards.
• Liaising with the Front of House Manager regarding improvements to the reception area and operations.

• Conducting administrative tasks and generating reports.

Duties include:
• Co-ordinating multiple site systems and monitoring booking on and off check calls
• Proactively and continuously monitor the site-based security and cleaning teams by obtaining, collating and reviewing information from multiple sources
• Ensure accurate and timely logging and recording of all required information using available IT systems and in accordance with operational processes and guidance
• Provide information, data and appropriate advice and guidance to relevant parties in a timely manner depending on their needs and using available systems
• Promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement at all times

To succeed in this role, you will need to have/be:
• SIA Licence or CCTV Licence is required
• A full 5-year employment checkable history
• Previous industry related experience preferred but not essential
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
• Excellent IT Skills & Computer Literacy
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Timegate, Immix, Teams, SharePoint, and Office would be a distinct advantage
Due to the nature of the role substantial time will be invested in training and development to ensure competency can be evidence with a number of bespoke management systems.
